Birmingham Opera Company is a relatively small company and works on only one major opera project each year. Usually we employ between 6 and 10 singers for 6 weeks each year so employment opportunities are limited – sorry.
That doesn’t mean we’re not interested in keeping track of good and talented singers. Graham Vick works closely with Sarah Playfair, who is our Casting Consultant, and we try to see as many productions as possible including college productions to try and keep track of people. We do keep a database of singers in our office and Sarah does review it on a regular basis. If you would like to send in your CV we will add your details to this list.
